Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the OneMgl mobile app and the OneMgl Copilot browser extension (the "Services"), provided by OneMgl ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

OneMgl is a lifestyle AI assistant. It lets you chat with AI models, connect apps, discover and book local businesses, and — via OneMgl Copilot — read and operate web pages you direct it to. The Services are currently offered as a beta and may change or be interrupted.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract.

3. The assistant & automation — your responsibility

OneMgl Copilot acts at your direction on the web pages you choose. It hands sensitive steps — logging in, e‑signatures, payments, and final submissions — back to you for approval. You are responsible for the actions you approve, including any forms you submit to third parties or government portals (e.g. e‑business.mn) and any payments you authorize. AI output can be inaccurate; review before you rely on it.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and only on accounts and websites you are authorized to use.
• Do not use the Services to breach any third party's terms, to access systems without authorization, or to engage in fraud, spam, or abuse.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse‑engineer for circumvention, or misuse the Services.

5. Credentials & connected services

If you save website logins to the vault, you authorize us to store them encrypted and to fill them at your request. When you connect a provider, you authorize the described access. You may remove saved logins and disconnect providers at any time.

6. Payments

In‑app payments are processed by QPay and your bank under their terms. Fees for bookings or services are shown before you confirm. We are not the merchant for third‑party goods or services.

7. Third‑party services

The Services interoperate with third parties (AI providers, connectors, payment and government portals). We are not responsible for third‑party services, their availability, or their content.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including software and branding, are owned by OneMgl and its licensors. You retain rights to your own content; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Services for you.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the assistant's actions or output will be error‑free or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneMgl will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions you authorized the assistant to perform.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Services.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
